Abstract
The article summarizes the dual main personnel training model of Huaiyin Commercial School of Jiangsu,JD Group,and Huailiang Holdings,which includes"integration of learning and work,practical education,hierarchical progress,and assistance in learning and innovation".Its implementation greatly alleviates the financial,technical,and teaching staff conflicts in the school's professional construction and development.This model has promoted the comprehensive improvement of the school's educational level and quality,promoted the improvement of professional construction level and the growth of teachers and students,and enhanced the employment ability of students.Through the implementation of the"dual guidance system"between schools and enterprises,the construction of a school job integration curriculum system,and a phased and progressive talent training model,measures have been taken to achieve deep integration between schools and enterprises,improve students'professional qualities and practical abilities,and highlight the school's professional characteristics.
