基于访谈法的专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力要素探析

专业型硕士研究生培养应聚焦行业需求,强调职业胜任,注重实践创新能力和未来职业发展能力。职业胜任力是直接反映专业型硕士研究生职业发展能力的重要指标,文章通过文献分析法收集专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力相关条目,归纳为访谈提纲设计的参考来源,从教育管理者、用人单位需求视角与受教育者双重视角了解目前专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力培养需求,将收集到的访谈记录进行分析整理、量化归纳。建立专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力要素目标池,形成预测《专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力调查问卷》,其中包含职业胜任力要素一级要素5个,二级要素24个。为后续进一步确立专业型硕士研究生职业胜任力提供参考,为高校进行专业型硕士研究生分类发展、分类培养提供有益借鉴。
Analysis of Professional Competence Elements for Professional Master's Students Based on Interview Method
The cultivation of professional master's students should focus on industry needs,emphasize professional competence,focus on practical innovation ability and future career development ability.Professional competence is an important indicator that directly reflects the career development ability of professional master's students.This article collects relevant articles on professional master's student professional competence through literature analysis,and summarizes them as reference sources for interview outline design.From the perspectives of education managers,employers,and learners,the article aims to understand the current needs for professional master's student professional competence cultivation,Analyze,organize,and quantify the collected interview records.Establish a target pool of professional master's degree professional competence elements and form a predictive"Professional Master's Degree Professional Competency Survey Questionnaire",which includes 5 primary elements and 24 secondary elements of professional competence elements.To provide reference for further establishing the professional competence of professional master's students in the future,and to provide useful reference for the classification development and training of professional master's students in universities.
