Research on the Integration of Career Planning Education and Ideological and Political Education for College Students——Taking the Work of Counselors in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges as an Example
In the context of the new era of education,the important position and role of vocational undergraduate education are becoming increasingly apparent.Cultivating vocational education talents at the undergraduate level faces new opportunities and challenges,and also puts forward new requirements for the work of vocational undergraduate counselors.The article first elaborates on the problems existing in the career planning education work of vocational undergraduate colleges,and then analyzes the feasibility of integrating career planning education and ideological and political education for vocational undergraduate college students.Finally,it proposes the role of counselors in integrating ideological and political education into career planning education,explores the internal connection between career planning and ideological and political education,and constructs a collaborative and integrated mechanism between the two,Cultivate and improve the comprehensive quality of vocational undergraduate students,ensure practical results in career planning education and ideological and political education,and adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.
