文章基于"智能制造实训教学系统",以"化整为零、联零为整"的教学思路,"虚实结合"的教学策略,"以赛促教"的评测手段,将智能制造实训教学系统划分为智能加工单元、智能检测单元、总控信息管理三大模块。依据三大模块,分专业、分模式设计了层层递进的教学课程,使工业化真正走入课堂,为培养学生的工程思维提供了良好的教学平台。
Exploration of Innovative Training Course Teaching in the"Intelligent Manufacturing Training Teaching System"
This article is based on the"Intelligent Manufacturing Training Teaching System",with a teaching philosophy of"breaking down the whole into parts and integrating the whole into parts",a teaching strategy of"combining virtual and real",and an evaluation method of"promoting teaching through competition".The intelligent manufacturing training teaching system is divided into three modules:intelligent processing unit,intelligent detection unit,and overall control information management.Based on the three major modules,a progressive teaching curriculum was designed according to different majors and modes,which truly brought industrialization into the classroom and provided a good teaching platform for cultivating students'engineering thinking.
