Research on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Financial Management Courses Based on OBE Concept
In the context of a diversified and knowledge-based new era,the employment situation has undergone tremendous changes,and the demand for talents has shown new characteristics.Currently,financial management courses not only need to impart professional knowledge and skills,but also focus on cultivating students'ideological and moral qualities and social responsibility.The reform of ideological and political education in financial management courses based on the results oriented(OBE)education concept is of great significance.In order to meet the above needs,this article explores the reform of ideological and political education in financial management courses from the perspective of talent demand in society,combined with the concept of results oriented education(OBE).It also conducts subject teaching evaluation from the aspects of constructing a process oriented assessment and evaluation system,improving assessment content,etc.,in order to better cultivate talents that meet social needs and achieve the coordination and unity of professional education and ideological and political education,Promote the achievement of the teaching objectives of"OBE concept+curriculum ideological and political education".
