The Application of CBL Teaching in Experimental Teaching of Clinical Immunological Testing Technology
Objective:To explore the application and teaching effectiveness of case-based teaching method(CBL)in clinical immunology laboratory technology experimental teaching.Method:Randomly select students from the third year of the 2020 undergraduate program in Medical Laboratory Technology as the research subjects,with an experimental group of 50 and a control group of 52.The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received CBL teaching.Compare two sets of observation indicators:experimental report scores,experimental assessment scores,and student satisfaction.Result:The experimental group showed higher scores in experimental report,experimental assessment,and satisfaction with teaching compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL teaching method in clinical immunology laboratory technology experimental teaching can significantly enhance students'learning interest,significantly improve experimental results and satisfaction with teaching,and is worth promoting.
