焦点技术下大学生"四化"适应性入学教育实践研究

摘要
目前,"00后"甚至"05后"大学新生逐步进入校园,大学新生入学教育需要紧跟大学新生,以大学新生需求为焦点.为提升大学新生入学教育的指导效力,研究针对当前高校聚焦大学新生个性化实践指导力度不足、工作零碎化,片面化等实际问题,引入焦点技术这一激发大学新生主观能动性快速、高效解决问题的方法,结合笔者所在高校入学教育指导的相关经验,探索出一套以方向化分类、阶段化实施、受众化展开、角色化引导为四大载体的焦点解决式"四化"适应性入学教育体系.
Abstract
At present,college freshmen born in the 2000s or even the 05s are gradually entering the campus,and the enrollment education for college freshmen needs to closely follow the needs of college freshmen,with a focus on their needs.In order to enhance the guidance effectiveness of enrollment education for college freshmen,this study aims to address practical issues such as insufficient personalized practical guidance for college freshmen,fragmented and one-sided work,and to introduce focus technology as a quick and efficient method to stimulate the subjective initiative of college freshmen to solve problems.Based on the relevant experience of enrollment education guidance in my university,this study explores a set of targeted classification,phased implementation,and audience oriented approaches Role oriented guidance is the focus of the four major carriers to solve the"Four Modernizations"adaptive enrollment education system.
