摘要
大数据技术崛起标志着信息时代的来临,以海量、高速、多样的数据特征,为学科研究、产业发展和社会管理带来全新的可能性.在教育领域,大数据技术能够深入挖掘学生的学习行为、心理状态等信息,为教育决策提供科学依据.随着社会竞争加剧和学业压力增大,焦虑、抑郁等心理健康问题成为制约学生全面发展的重要因素.因此,该研究旨在充分利用大数据技术,构建符合时代要求的高校学生心理健康教育体系,促进学生全面发展和心理健康成长.
Abstract
The rise of big data technology marks the arrival of the information age,bringing new possibilities for disciplinary research,industrial development,and social management with massive,high-speed,and diverse data characteristics.In the field of education,big data technology can deeply explore the learning behavior,psychological state,and other information of students,providing scientific basis for educational decision-making.With the intensification of social competition and increasing academic pressure,psychological health issues such as anxiety and depression have become important factors that constrain the comprehensive development of students.Therefore,this study aims to fully utilize big data technology to construct a psychological health education system for college students that meets the requirements of the times,and promote the comprehensive development and psychological growth of students.
