产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养模式探索

产教融合已成为推动职业教育、高等教育健康发展,提高创新型人才培养质量和科技能力培养水平的重大政策,也成为国家统筹促进高等教育整体改革发展的一个重大制度安排。该模式将理论教学与实践操作相结合,以培养学生的实践能力和综合素质为目标,旨在为社会培养更多的高素质技能型人才。文章以《悉尼协议》为框架,探索"产教结合、校企合作"人才培养模式改革,从机制、师资、课程资源、能力标准等方面阐述合作的适应性,旨在指导高职院校和企业进行深入有效的合作,满足企业对人才的多样化需求,提升高职院校人才培养质量。
Exploration of Talent Training Models in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Production Education Integration
The production-education integration policy has become a major policy to promote the healthy development of vocational education and higher education in China in recent years.Improving the quality of training innovative talents and the level of scientific and technological ability training has also become a major institutional arrangement for the state to coordinate the overall reform and development of higher education.The training mode combines theoretical teaching with practical operation,aims at cultivating students'practical ability,comprehensive quality and more high-quality skilled talents for the society.The mode can be traced back to the 1990s,when China began to vigorously promote the development of vocational education,and put forward the"combination of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation"personnel training mode.With the development of the economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure,the demand for talents in enterprises has been more and more diversified.The Ministry of Education has also issued a series of preferential policy documents to guide higher vocational schools and enterprises to carry out in-depth cooperation,promote the integration of industry and education,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
