The comprehensive statistics of education plays an important supporting role in educational decision-making and management level improvement.However,the current problems of low quality and distorted data in the comprehensive statistics of education in universities seriously affect the credibility of the comprehensive statistical data of education.The article explores the shortcomings in the comprehensive statistical work of higher education,analyzes the reasons for statistical data distortion,and proposes solutions from five aspects:implementing the leadership responsibility system of educational statistics,establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for educational statistical indicators,strengthening the construction of educational statistical teams,strengthening the full process supervision of statistical work,and enhancing data integration and analysis capabilities,providing reference for the comprehensive statistical work of education in China.
