Collaborative Strategy of Industry University Research for Cultivating Urban Public Safety Talents
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the challenges faced by urban public safety are increasing,and a significant transformation of the public safety education system is needed.The article takes Anhui University of Science and Technology as a case study to analyze the current problems in public safety talent cultivation,explore the application of industry university research collaboration in talent cultivation,emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge integration and innovation,and how to better adapt students to the changing social and technological environment through the cultivation of practical ability and innovative consciousness.Through in-depth analysis of specific practical cases,practical and feasible solutions to existing challenges have been provided,providing important guidance for improving the level of urban public safety governance.
