摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,高校的教务工作也日益复杂和繁重,教务管理人员作为高校教务管理工作的负责人,为了让教学活动更顺利进行,其工作质量和效率起着至关重要的作用.建设一支综合素质高、服务意识强、专业技能强的教务管理队伍已经成为当前高校的重要任务之一.文章从高校教务管理工作者的角度出发,探讨加强高校教务管理队伍建设的方法与路径.
Abstract
With the development of higher education in our country,the academic affairs of universities have become increasingly complex and heavy.As the responsible persons of academic affairs management in universities,the quality and efficiency of their work play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of teaching activities.Building an academic management team with high comprehensive quality,strong service awareness,and strong professional skills has become one of the important tasks of current universities.The article explores the methods and paths to strengthen the construction of the academic management team in universities from the perspective of academic administrators in universities.
