土木工程研究生"四位一体化"创新能力培养模式探析

研究生创新能力的培养对我国创新型高层次人才培养具有重要意义。为培养土木工程研究生的创新能力,高校应重视学生创新意识的激发与独立思考能力的培育,对此,文章提出了"学—思—践—悟"一体化培养体系,围绕"基础知识、工程实践、假设创新、总结提炼"的基本培养框架,以"丰富学生综合理论知识、学习工程实践经验、激发工程创新活力、理解工程现象本质"为目标,配合专业教师的积极引导,最终实现培养土木工程研究生创新能力的目标。
Exploration of the"Four in one"Innovation Ability Training Model for Civil Engineering Graduate Students
The cultivation of graduate innovation ability is of great significance for the cultivation of innovative high-level talents in China.In order to cultivate the innovation ability of civil engineering graduate students,universities should attach importance to stimulating their innovation consciousness and cultivating their independent thinking ability.In this regard,the article proposes an integrated training system of"learning thinking practice understanding",focusing on the basic training framework of"basic knowledge,engineering practice,hypothesis innovation,summary and extraction",With the goal of enriching students'comprehensive theoretical knowledge,learning engineering practical experience,stimulating engineering innovation vitality,and understanding the essence of engineering phenomena,and with the active guidance of professional teachers,the goal of cultivating the innovation ability of civil engineering graduate students is ultimately achieved.
