以技能大赛为导向的中职护理实训教学改革研究与实践

目的:探究在中职护理实训教学过程中,以技能大赛为主导进行教学改革所产生的效果。方法:将在桂林市卫生学校接受护理实训教学的44例学生纳入本次临床实验,并按照电脑随机抽签的方式,将每22例分别纳入观察组和参照组,对比教学效果。结果:观察组学生的理论成绩要显著高于参照组,p<0。05;相比较于参照组,观察组学生的实践技能成绩总分更高,p<0。05;结论:对于中职护理实训教学的学生进行以技能大赛为导向的教学改革,具有显著的应用价值。
Research and Practice on the Reform of Vocational Nursing Practical Training Teaching Guided by Skill Competitions
Objective:To explore the effects of teaching reform led by skill competitions in vocational nursing practical training.Method:44 students who received nursing training at Guilin Health School were included in this clinical experiment,and every 22 students were randomly selected by computer drawing into the observation group and the reference group,respectively,to compare the teaching effect.Result:The theoretical scores of the observation group students were significantly higher than those of the control group,p<0.05;Compared to the control group,the observation group students had a higher total score in practical skills,p<0.05;Conclusion:Teaching reform guided by skill competitions has significant practical value for students in vocational nursing training.
