Research and Practice on the Reform of Vocational Nursing Practical Training Teaching Guided by Skill Competitions
Objective:To explore the effects of teaching reform led by skill competitions in vocational nursing practical training.Method:44 students who received nursing training at Guilin Health School were included in this clinical experiment,and every 22 students were randomly selected by computer drawing into the observation group and the reference group,respectively,to compare the teaching effect.Result:The theoretical scores of the observation group students were significantly higher than those of the control group,p<0.05;Compared to the control group,the observation group students had a higher total score in practical skills,p<0.05;Conclusion:Teaching reform guided by skill competitions has significant practical value for students in vocational nursing training.
