As a national college students'electronic design competition aimed at cultivating college students'innovative spirit and practical ability,it is becoming an effective way for engineering majors to promote education and teaching,reform curriculum teaching,promote curriculum ideological and political development,and an effective way for college students to grow up.This paper discusses the university organization of college students to participate in electronic design competition and the three important factors,think established to cultivate college students'innovative spirit and practical ability training system is the foundation,build reasonable and effective college students scientific research organization system and teaching fusion is guarantee,strengthen the event organization work and choose the optimal solution and team close collaboration is the key.
