Construction and Practice of Innovative Talent Training Model for Civil Engineering Graduate Students under the Perspective of Industry Education Integration
In the process of transformation and upgrading in the construction industry,the comprehensive quality of talents urgently needs to be improved.The article takes the civil engineering discipline of Fujian University of Technology as an example to explore a series of reforms and innovations in graduate courses,research practices,and ideological and political education in the past decade.It emphasizes the cultivation of comprehensive abilities in innovation,practice,and ideological and political education among graduate students,and constructs a community of shared destiny centered on talent cultivation,where graduate students,schools,and enterprises are closely connected,A new model of"three integrations and three assistance"for civil engineering graduate education based on a community with a shared future has been proposed to assist in the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of the construction industry.
