摘要
康养旅游产业的快速发展对康养旅游从业人才素养提出了新的需求,加快康养旅游人才培养步伐迫在眉睫.文章通过梳理酒店业态康养方向的发展现状,剖析市场对康养旅游人才的需求,从明确人才培养目标、形成学校内部协同培养机制、重构课程体系、开拓多元化的专业实践教学基地四个方面,探索酒店管理与数字化运营专业(康养方向)人才培养的实现路径,以期为温州康养旅游业的发展储备人才.
Abstract
The rapid development of health tourism industry puts forward new requirements for the quality of talents in health tourism,and it is urgent to speed up the cultivation of the tourism talents.By combing the present situation of the development of the hotel industry and analyzing the market demand for tourism talents,from the following four aspects:defining the goal of personnel training,forming a cooperative training mechanism within the school,reconstructing the curriculum system,and developing diversified professional practical teaching bases,this paper explores the path to realize the talent cultivation of Hotel Management and Digital Operation major(health direction)in order to reserve talents for the development of Wenzhou Health and maintenance tourism.
