摘要
高校辅导员不仅是学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,也是立德树人的主体责任人,肩负学生思想政治教育的重任.文章立足新时代背景,以贵州黔南经济学院金融学院为例,分析民办高校辅导员的职业特点、能力建设的必要性,从严格辅导员职业准入标准、增强辅导员工作的认可度、优化辅导员绩效考核机制及注重辅导员科研素养、树立以学生为中心的工作理念等方面来探讨民办高校辅导员队伍职业能力建设的路径.
Abstract
College counselors are not only an important part of the school's teaching staff,but also the main responsible person for cultivating moral character and carrying out ideological and political education for students.The article is based on the background of the new era,taking the Finance College of Guizhou Qiannan University of Economics as an example,to analyze the professional characteristics and the necessity of capacity building of counselors in private universities.From the strict admission standards for counselors,enhancing the recognition of counselor work,optimizing the performance evaluation mechanism for counselors,and emphasizing the scientific research literacy of counselors Exploring the path ofprofessional capacity building for counselors in private universities through the establishment of a student-centered work philosophy and other aspects.
