The Influence and Improvement Path of Counselors on Classroom Attendance and Head up Rates among College Students——Taking a Double Non Undergraduate University in JS Province as an Example
Currently,teaching management in universities is facing the problem of low classroom attendance and leadership among college students.The student work team,with counselors as the main body,can provide comprehensive education,management,and services for college students,promote their healthy growth and comprehensive development.As one of the implementation subjects of daily education management for students,it plays an important role in classroom management.This study starts by analyzing the influencing factors of college student course attendance and head up rates,exploring how counselors can effectively improve college student classroom attendance and head up rates,and proposing specific implementation paths.
