摘要

教研工作成效关乎教育质量,而教研能力是普通本科高校教师必备的重要素质之一.然而当前本科高校教师教研能力在教师端、学生端、组织端存在四个方面的主要问题,包括:理论知识不够,教研能力不足;教学方法与内容单一,教研源泉缺乏;重视组织反馈与同行交流,学生反馈欠缺;教研室教研质量不高,教研团队缺乏等.针对这些问题,需要提升组织学习培训成效,保障教师教研活动投入;丰富教学方法与内容,广开教研实践资源;优化教学评价平台,重视学生交流反馈;提高教研室教研活动质量,建设教研团队.

Abstract

The effectiveness of teaching and research work is related to the quality of education,and teaching and research ability is one of the essential qualities for teachers in undergraduate universities.However,there are four main problems in teaching and research ability for current undergraduate university teachers in terms of teacher,student,and organizational aspects,including:Insufficient theoretical knowledge and insufficient teaching and research capabilities;Single teaching method and content,and lacking of mental and material sources of teaching and research;Emphasizing organizational feedback and peer communication while lacking student feedback;Low quality of management in teaching and research department,and lack of teaching and research teams.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of organizational learning and training,and ensure the investment of teachers in teaching and research activities;Enrich teaching methods and content,and expand teaching and research practical resources;Optimize the teaching evaluation platform and attach importance to student communication and feedback;Improve the quality of teaching and research activities in the teaching and research department,and build teaching and research teams.
