高校劳动教育的价值蕴含、培育困境及实践路径

摘要
新时代新征程,高校要深刻认识党和国家赋予教育的重大使命和时代内涵,把握高等教育高质量发展要求,为党育人、为国育才,把劳动教育融入全员、全程、全方位育人的教育实践中,坚持"五育并举",引导学生树立正确的劳动观念和价值取向,助推新时代全面发展教育体系进一步完善.文章在深入分析新时代劳动教育价值蕴含的基础上,结合当前高校劳动教育面临的困境,提出提升劳动教育质量的实践路径,旨在充分发挥劳动教育"树德、增智、强体、育美"的综合育人价值,为全面发展素质教育提供有益参考.
Abstract
In the new era and new journey,universities should have a profound understanding of the significant mission and contemporary connotation entrusted to education by the Party and the state,grasp the requirements for high-quality development of higher education,cultivate talents for the Party and the country,integrate labor education into the educational practice of educating all staff,the whole process,and all aspects,adhere to the"five educations"principle,guide students to establish correct labor concepts and values,and promote the further improvement of the comprehensive development education system in the new era.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the value of labor education in the new era,combined with the current difficulties faced by labor education in universities,this article proposes a practical path to improve the quality of labor education.The aim is to fully leverage the comprehensive educational value of labor education in cultivating morality,enhancing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness,and cultivating beauty,and provide useful references for the comprehensive development of quality education.
