The Application of PBL Teaching Mode Based on WeChat Platform in Clinical Teaching of Internal Medicine
Objective:To study the application effect of PBL teaching mode based on WeChat platform in clinical teaching of internal medicine.Method:Sixty clinical interns in the internal medicine department of Yunnan Medical and Health Vocational College from 2022 to 2023 were selected and randomly divided.The control group(30 cases)received routine teaching,while the observation group(30 cases)received PBL teaching based on the WeChat platform.The comprehensive abilities,theoretical scores,and practical performance of the two groups of interns were compared;Scoring of team cohesion and critical thinking ability before and after teaching.Result:The comprehensive ability and theoretical score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Before teaching,the team cohesion scores of the two groups of interns were compared(P>0.05),and the critical thinking ability scores were compared(P>0.05).After teaching,the above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching based on WeChat platform in clinical teaching of internal medicine can improve teaching effectiveness and is worth promoting.
