"轮训"机制下基层干部培训路径建设探索——以GM管理干部学院为例

文章基于GM管理干部学院在"轮训"机制上的创新实践经验,总结出了固定培训班次,覆盖各省市基层单位;结合案例经验,采用多层级传导教学;依托系统资源,重点打造精品课程三大基本特征,并进一步发掘出理论结合技能,推动高质量发展;引入新媒体技术,实现线上线下结合教育和拓展合作平台,增强实训基地建设水平为代表的三种创新路径,从而在不同实操空间、不同业务领域、不同省市地域做到全面推行干部培训教育体系的改革创新,最终达到干部能力和政策落实的动态平衡。
Exploration of Grassroots Cadre Training Path Construction under the"Rotation Training"Mechanism——Take the GM Academy as an example
Based on the innovation and practical experience of the GM Academy in the"rotation training"mechanism,the paper summarizes the fixed training sessions,covering the grass-roots units in various provinces and cities;Combined with case experience,multi-level conduction teaching is adopted;Relying on the resources of ministries and commissions,focus on creating three basic characteristics of high-quality courses,and further explore the combination of theories and skills to promote high-quality development;The introduction of new media technology,the realization of the combination of online and offline education and the expansion of cooperation platforms,and the enhancement of three innovation paths represented by the construction level of practical training bases,so as to fully implement the reform and innovation of the cadre training and education system in different practical operation Spaces,different business fields,different provinces and regions,and finally achieve a dynamic balance between the cadre ability and policy implementation.
