Curriculum construction includes the formation of curriculum objectives,construction of knowledge system,implementation of teaching organization,evaluation of curriculum teaching,continuous improvement of curriculum,as well as the enhancement of curriculum ability,guarantee of teaching conditions,and construction of curriculum system.It is a cyclical knowledge movement process without ultimate results.The lack of constituent elements and the inefficiency of the implementation process will inevitably affect the effectiveness of curriculum teaching and the quality of construction.In response to the problems of insufficient understanding of curriculum content,lagging construction content,and insufficient construction motivation in local undergraduate universities,curriculum reform and construction should focus on improving endogenous construction motivation,enhancing curriculum construction capabilities,emphasizing the education and teaching process,and improving curriculum constraints and incentive mechanisms,effectively promoting curriculum construction,improving teaching effectiveness,and talent cultivation quality.
