职教集团视角下高职校企共同体建设对策探析

摘要
目前,我国产教融合已进入深水期,如何促进产教融合获得实质性进展、高质量发展,成为职业教育改革成败的关键.文章以《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》为指导,从理论研究和实践现状两个维度,通过文献调查法、实际调查法,探讨了职教集团视角下高职校企共同体建设的功能属性,分析了建设高职校企共同体建设的对策.本研究的目的在于通过进一步探讨新职业教育发展形势之下校企共同体深化建设的策略,展现出职业教育为地方经济发展服务所发挥的作用,为《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的顺利实施提供理论借鉴.
Abstract
At present,the integration of industry and education in China has entered a deep stage.How to promote substantial progress and high-quality development of industry education integration has become the key to the success or failure of vocational education reform.Based on the guidance of"Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education",this article explores the functional attributes of the construction of vocational school enterprise communities from the perspective of vocational education groups from two dimensions:theoretical research and practical status.Through literature review and practical investigation methods,it analyzes the countermeasures in the process of building vocational school enterprise communities.The purpose of this study is to further explore the strategies for deepening the construction of school enterprise communities under the new development situation of vocational education,demonstrate the role of vocational education in serving local economic development,and provide theoretical reference for the smooth implementation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan.
