药剂学实验室6S开放管理模式探索

摘要
实验室是高校进行实践教学及科学研究的重要场所,实验室的开放是培养学生实践创新能力的重要举措,文章总结了当前湘南学院药剂学实验室开放管理中存在的问题,针对问题,应用 6S管理的现场管理理念指导药剂学实验室开放管理全过程,提高了实验室开放利用效率,利于学生专业技能和专业素养的培养.
Abstract
The laboratory is an important place for practical teaching and scientific research in universities.The opening of the laboratory is an important measure to cultivate students'practical and innovative abilities.This article summarizes the problems in the current open management of the pharmacy laboratory in Xiangnan University.In response to these problems,the on-site management concept of 6S management is applied to guide the entire process of open management of the pharmacy laboratory,improving the efficiency of laboratory opening and utilization,Beneficial for the cultivation of students'professional skills and literacy.
