信息化背景下高校教学质量监控系统建设研究

摘要
高校教学质量监控系统是一种多元评价教学质量保障体系的平台,可为学校建立起常态化的评价与改进机制.文章分析了高校教学质量监控的现状及存在的问题,探讨建设教学质量监控系统的意义,提出如何建设教学质量监控系统,并分析其基本功能需求,以充分利用信息技术提高教育评价的科学性、专业性、客观性,为深化新时代教育评价改革提供参考.
Abstract
The university teaching quality monitoring system is a platform for diversified evaluation of teaching quality assurance system,which can establish a normalized evaluation and improvement mechanism for schools.The article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching quality monitoring in universities,explores the significance of building a teaching quality monitoring system,proposes the construction of a teaching quality monitoring system,and analyzes its basic functional requirements to fully utilize information technology,improve the scientific,professional,and objective nature of educational evaluation,and provide reference for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era.
