产教融合视域下地方高校应用型人才培养探究

党的二十大报告中提出的职普融通、产教融合对地方高校优化应用型人才培养质量具有理论与实践双重指导意义.政府、企业、高校在深化产教融合方面形成多重认同,引导地方高校建立应用型人才培养政策.通过分析产教融合助力地方高校应用型人才培养的重要意义以及人才培养中存在的问题,文章提出了"实施科教兴国战略,加强现代化建设人才支撑"的观点,地方高校优质应用型人才培养应完善多元协同的实施路径,加强实践教学建设,加强应用型师资队伍建设,建立能力导向的评价机制.
The integration of vocational education and industry education proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has both theoretical and practical guiding significance for optimizing the quality of applied talent cultivation in local universities.The government,enterprises,and universities have formed multiple identities in deepening the integration of industry and education,guiding local universities to establish policies for cultivating applied talents.By analyzing the importance of integrating industry and education in supporting the cultivation of applied talents in local universities,as well as the existing problems in talent cultivation,the article proposes the viewpoint of"implementing the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,strengthening the support of modern construction talents".The cultivation of high-quality applied talents in local universities should complete a diversified and collaborative implementation path,strengthen the construction of practical teaching,strengthen the construction of applied teaching staff,and establish a capacity oriented evaluation mechanism.
