Undergraduate Training Program and Process Management Innovation for Aerospace Majors
In the face of the characteristics of the undergraduate enrollment system for aerospace majors and the new demand for the integration of characteristic classes,this article systematically reviews the existing management systems and training programs for engineering graduation projects,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing training models,summarizes the establishment of a more scientific and reasonable undergraduate practical training system,and finally proposes a framework and process management strategy for the undergraduate graduation training program for aerospace majors.This mainly includes the construction of a unified and personalized aerospace innovation practice course system.The standardization of graduation project topic selection and the standardization of practical process management,advocating the establishment of an excellent undergraduate graduation fund,and exploring the reform of review and evaluation standards.Focus on examining the innovation ability and long-term impact of graduation thesis,encourage and guide undergraduate students to publish high-level academic papers,cultivate their teamwork awareness and academic paper writing ability,and ultimately improve the quality of graduation thesis.
