The scientific and technological innovation achievements of medical colleges and universities are mostly related to national health.They are characterized by fast updating and iteration and high replication rate.These characteristics make it more necessary to strengthen the transformation of innovation achievements and the protection of intellectual property rights.Due to the late start of intellectual property management system in Chinese colleges and universities,the management mechanism and path are not perfect,and the appropriate intellectual property management path is relatively vacant for specialized medical colleges and universities.This article analyzes the current situation of intellectual property management in the medical industry and universities,and proposes corresponding paths for intellectual property management from the perspectives of intellectual property awareness among researchers and the intellectual property management environment in universities,in order to better assist in the improvement of the intellectual property management system in medical universities.
