The construction of a high-quality teacher team relies not only on high-quality teacher training,but also on high-quality teacher training.Teacher training is an effective way and direct means to promote the rapid growth of teachers.It plays a positive role in comprehensively improving the quality of teachers,ensuring the construction of first-class teacher teams in universities,and promoting the connotative development of higher education.The article is based on the actual education and training work of Zhejiang University,analyzes the existing problems in teacher education and training,explores the collaborative mechanism of university teacher education and training under the collaborative management system,and proposes suggestions and strategies for optimizing university teacher education and training work.
