摘要
数字技术的广泛应用给高等教育的创新和发展带来了新机遇,切实提高了高校学生的教育管理效率,并推动着管理文化朝着开放、共享、多元的方向变革.与此同时,高校学生教育管理数字化也迎来了新的挑战,如数字素养与数字技术不匹配,数字管理与人文关怀不均衡,评价体系与管理方式不协调等问题.对此,高校应从全局出发,树立数字理念,加强顶层设计;平衡数字管理,重视人文关怀;加强师生培训,提升数字素养;注重过程管理,完善评价体系;创新工作思路,促进多元发展.
Abstract
The widespread application of digital technology has brought new opportunities for innovation and development in higher education,effectively improving the efficiency of student education management in universities,and promoting the transformation of management culture towards openness,sharing,and diversity.At the same time,the digitalization of student education management in universities has also faced new challenges,such as the mismatch between digital literacy and digital technology,the imbalance between digital management and humanistic care,and the lack of coordination between evaluation systems and management methods.In this regard,universities should start from the overall situation,establish a digital concept,and strengthen top-level design;Balancing digital management and valuing humanistic care;Strengthen teacher and student training to enhance digital literacy;Emphasize process management and improve the evaluation system;Innovate work ideas and promote diversified development.
