Research on the Status Quo and Training Methods of Nurse-patient Communication Ability among Student Nurses in Clinical Practice——Taking the Nursing Major of Wenzhou Medical University as an Example
In order to analysis the specific problems and influencing factors in the current status of nurse-patient communication,the article takes the features of communication with patients among the nursing students at Wenzhou Medical University as the starting point,so as to propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The paper is based on a research instrument called"Nurse-patient Communication Ability Evaluation Scale for Nursing Students".The result is based on the survey and analysis of 211 nursing students graduating in 2020.Among diverse dimensions of clinical communication ability,collecting information is the dimension for which students perform better than others,while planning and preparation,getting patients'perspectives,and understanding from the patient's point of view are the two dimensions for which students get the lowest score.There are many factors affecting the communication ability of nursing students;moreover,the current nurse-patient communication ability among student nurses needs to be further enhanced.
