文章基于大数据视域研究了高校教务管理工作的创新策略.首先分析了高校教务管理工作创新的必要性,是顺应时代发展趋势,也是提升教务管理水平和教育改革的必经之路;其次,分析了高校教务管理工作的现状,明确了其在数字化意识、数字化载体、数字化资源、数字化人才等方面的不足;最后,有针对性地提出了增强高校教务管理数字化意识、完善高校教务管理数字化载体、整合高校教务管理数字化资源、培养跨教务管理和大数据专业的人才等创新策略,旨在为优化高校教务管理工作提供一些新的理论参考和启发.
Abstract
The article aims to study innovative strategies for academic management in universities from the perspective of big data.Firstly,the necessity of innovation in the management of academic affairs in universities was analyzed,which is in line with the trend of the times and also a necessary path to improve the management level of academic affairs offices and educational reform;Secondly,the current situation of academic management in universities was analyzed,and its shortcomings in digital awareness,digital carriers,digital resources,digital talents,and other aspects were clarified;Finally,targeted innovative strategies were proposed to enhance the digital awareness of university academic management,improve the digital carrier of university academic management,integrate digital resources of university academic management,and cultivate talents across academic management and big data majors,aiming to provide some new theoretical references and inspirations for optimizing university academic management work.
