国家重视职业本科教育,数字化驱动下的智能建造领域对高技术技能人才的需求日益增长,加快智能建造工程专业的人才培养势在必行.文章通过调研智能建造工程专业领域的行业企业,分析建筑行业的发展趋势、相关行业企业的人才需求规模、需求质量和职业需求情况,以芜湖职业技术学院为例,在高职专科专业师资力量、教学资源等办学基础上,明确人才培养方向,科学制订人才培养方案,研究开设职业本科智能建造工程专业的可行性.
The country attaches great importance to vocational undergraduate education,and the demand for high-tech skilled talents in the field of intelligent construction driven by digitization is increasing.Accelerating the talent cultivation of intelligent construction engineering is imperative.The article conducts research on industry enterprises in the field of intelligent construction engineering,analyzes the development trend of the construction industry,the talent demand scale,demand quality,and occupational demand of related industry enterprises.Taking Wuhu Vocational and Technical College as an example,based on the teaching staff and resources of vocational colleges,the article clarifies the direction of talent cultivation and scientifically formulates talent cultivation plans,Study the feasibility of establishing a vocational undergraduate program in intelligent construction engineering.
