"2+X"学科目录框架下公共管理研究生人才培养质量提升探赜

"2+X"学科目录调整方案对公共管理研究生教育教学提出了新要求,明晰了新时代公共管理研究生人才培养的学科根基及其拓展方向,彰显了公共管理跨学科交叉融合的特色。当前,针对公共管理研究生教学模式、教学实践、教学保障、教学特色等方面存在的困境,应基于新的学科目录框架,从优化学科整体布局、打通学硕专硕壁垒、坚持数字化赋能、全程追踪评价四个维度提升人才培养质量。
Exploring the Quality Improvement of Postgraduate Talent Cultivation in Public Administration under the"2+X"Subject Directory Framework
The adjustment plan of the discipline directory of"2+X"puts forward new requirements for the education and teaching of postgraduate students in public management,clarifies the discipline foundation and development direction of postgraduate students in public management in the new era,and highlights the Chinese characteristics of interdisciplinary integration of public management.Currently,considering the challenges in teaching mode,teaching practice,teaching guarantee,and teaching characteristics of graduate students in public administration,it is imperative to enhance the quality of talent training through four dimensions:optimizing the overall discipline layout,overcoming barriers between master's degrees and professional master's degrees,embracing digital empowerment,and implementing comprehensive tracking and evaluation based on the new subject directory framework.
