摘要

院系是高校资助工作的重要阵地,发挥着直接面对学生、深入了解学生需求的关键作用.目前,高校院系在资助育人过程中面临"难助人"和"自助难"的双重困境,以助人自助为视角,通过加强顶层设计、丰富资助形式、强化资助队伍来实现受助学生和资助工作者的自助,有助于促进院系资助育人工作的开展,实现高校育人任务的落细落实.

Abstract

The departments in universities are an important part of funding work,playing a crucial role in directly facing students and deeply understanding their needs.At present,there are two questions in the funding for education of departments:"difficulty in helping others"and"difficulty in self-help".From the perspective of helping others and self-help,strengthening top-level design,enriching funding forms,and strengthening funding teams to achieve self-help for students and funding workers can help promote the development of departmental funding education and achieve the detailed implementation of university education tasks.
