思政引领的理工类研究生创新能力分类培养路径构建——以重庆科技大学为例

研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心。目前,培养中仍存在创新意识不强、分类培养效果不显著、与思政教育的深度融合不够、价值引领作用未能得到体现等问题。文章以重庆科技大学为例,从研究生创新意识增强、思政教育与创新能力培养深度融合、差异化分类培养等方面出发,提出了如何构建思政引领下的理工类研究生创新能力分类培养途径,可为地方院校理工类研究生的分类培养提供新思路。
Construction of Classification Training Path for Innovation Ability of Graduates of Science and Engineering Guided by Ideological and Political Education——Taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an Example
The cultivation of postgraduates'innovative ability is the core of postgraduate education.At present,there are still many problems,such as weak innovation consciousness,ineffective classification training,insufficient integration of innovation ability training and ideological and political education practice.Taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper puts forward how to construct a classified training approach for the innovation ability of science and engineering postgraduates under the guidance of ideological and political education from the perspective of the enhancement of postgraduates'innovation consciousness,the deep integration of ideological and political education and innovation ability training,and the differentiated classified training,which can provide new ideas for the classified training of science and engineering postgraduates in local colleges and universities.
