基于OKR工作法的高职院校双创课程教学创新探索——以"2+1"跨专业创业专班为例

摘要
双创课程教学需要以学生为主体,院校只提供课程资源、知识工具方面的教学知识,核心的实训、竞赛、项目孵化过程则需要由学生自主完成,这对学生的团队管理能力和自我管理能力提出了较高的要求.但目前高职院校学生的自我管理能力有所欠缺,文章提出将OKR工作法融入双创课程教学的思路,一方面将OKR工作法与课堂教学和教学评价融合,另一方面将OKR工作法嵌入学生创新创业实训或项目团队管理体系中,以此提高学生的自我管理能力和团队协作能力,进而提高双创课程教学质量和双创项目的转化率.
Abstract
The teaching of entrepreneurship and innovation courses needs to be student-centered,and universities only provide teaching knowledge in terms of course resources and knowledge tools.The core training,competition,and project incubation processes need to be completed independently by students,which puts higher requirements on their team management and self-management abilities.However,the self-management ability of vocational college students is currently lacking.The article proposes the idea of integrating OKR work method into the teaching of entrepreneurship and innovation courses.On the one hand,OKR work method is integrated with classroom teaching and teaching evaluation,and on the other hand,OKR work method is embedded into student innovation and entrepreneurship training or project team management system to improve students'self-management ability and teamwork ability,Further improve the teaching quality of entrepreneurship and innovation courses and the conversion rate of entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
