Design and Implementation of Curriculum and Certificate Integration Teaching Model from the Perspective of Talent Industry Adaptation——Taking the course of infectious disease nursing as an example
Objective:Taking the infectious disease nursing course as an example,this study explores the design and implementation of a curriculum certificate integration teaching model from the perspective of talent job adaptation.Method:Two nursing major classes in the 2021 class of Liupanshui Vocational and Technical College were divided into a control group(Class A)and an experimental group(Class B).Class A adopted traditional teaching mode,while Class B adopted integrated teaching mode of course and certificate,and continued teaching for 4 months.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in theoretical knowledge scores between the two groups of students;The operational skills and final exam scores of students in Class B are significantly higher than those in Class A;The excellent rate of Class B is significantly higher than that of Class A;The pass rate of the expert evaluation mode for vaccination certificates in Class B is significantly higher than that in Class A.Conclusion:The teaching of infectious disease nursing adopts a course certificate integration teaching model based on the perspective of talent job adaptation,which can effectively improve students'professional knowledge and operational skills.In the later stage,passing the vaccination certification exam will be improved,and the teaching effect is good.
