摘要
本研究采用扎根理论的编码方法对湖南省不同县市区的18名乡村教师胜任特征展开质性研究,结果发现:乡村振兴背景下乡村中小学教师胜任力模型包括知识素养、专业技能、人格魅力和与时俱进4个主范畴,教育学科知识、专业学科知识、通识文化知识、教学能力、教育科研能力、乡土情怀、责任感、意志坚毅、成就感、团队意识、自信专注、职业认同、前瞻性、终身学习意识、信息搜索能力、创新能力和开放性17个胜任特征,乡村中小学教师胜任力模型对精准选拔、精准培训乡村中小学教师具有重要的实践价值.
Abstract
This study adopts the coding method of grounded theory to conduct a qualitative study on the competency characteristics of 18 rural teachers from different counties and cities in Hunan Province.The results showed that under the background of rural revitalization,the competency model for rural primary and secondary school teachers includes four main categories:knowledge literacy,professional skills,personality charm,and keeping up with the times.Educational subject knowledge,professional subject knowledge,general cultural knowledge,teaching ability,educational research ability,rural sentiment,sense of responsibility,perseverance,sense of achievement,team consciousness,confidence and focus,professional identity,foresight,lifelong learning awareness,information search ability,innovation ability,and openness.The competency model for rural primary and secondary school teachers has important practical value for precise selection and training of rural primary and secondary school teachers.
