The Importance and Optimization Strategy of Residential Training Teacher Management
With the development of medical education,standardized resident training(hereinafter referred to as"resident training")has become an important part of medical education in China.As the main body of residential training work,residential training teachers have the characteristics of rich clinical experience,comprehensive professional knowledge and strong teaching ability.Their quality and ability directly affect the quality and effect of residential training work,which is of great significance to improve teaching quality,ensure medical safety,and promote medical education reform.Through the research on the management of residential training teachers,we can improve the quality and effect of residential training and promote the healthy development of residential training system.This paper aims to explore the importance of the management of residential training teachers,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies on the basis of solving common problems.
