基于OBE理念的护理学基础课程教学模式探索

摘要
护理学基础是护理专业的核心课程,具有极强的理论性和实践性.随着现代医疗模式的转变,社会对护理专业学生的要求也在不断提高,传统的教学模式无法满足社会发展对高素质护理技术技能人才的需求.文章通过分析当前护理学基础课程教学存在的问题,基于传统教学,提出将OBE理念融入课程教学,从课程目标、课程教学、考核评价等三方面进行改革和探索,以期提高教育教学质量,更好地培养出符合社会发展需求的高素质护理技术技能人才.
Abstract
Fundamentals of Nursing is the core course of the nursing profession,with strong theoretical and practical significance.With the transformation of modern medical models,the demand for nursing students in society is also constantly increasing.Traditional teaching models meet the needs of social development for high-quality nursing technical and skilled personnel.The article analyzes the current problems in the teaching of basic nursing courses,and based on traditional teaching,proposes to integrate the OBE concept into course teaching.Reform and exploration are carried out from three aspects:course objectives,course teaching,and assessment and evaluation,in order to improve the quality of education and teaching,and better cultivate high-quality nursing technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of social development.
