A Review of Research on the Application of Peer Intervention in Intervention for Children with Autism in China
In recent years,peer intervention has been widely used in intervention research on children with autism in China,and it has been confirmed that this method can improve social behavior in children with autism.To explore the progress of using peer intervention method in intervention research for children with autism,this article reviews and analyzes the participants,target behaviors,research design,intervention results,and other aspects.The following suggestions are proposed for future related research:increasing empirical research on the localization of peer intervention method;Establishing good relationships between participants and peers to increase social potential;Enriching the diversity of intervention peers;Explore ways to combine peer intervention with other methods.
