科教融合:大学教学中的挑战与对策

科教融合是新时代人才培养、科技创新及研究型大学建设的关键特征.然而,调查分析后发现,其在实施中存在诸多挑战,如高校对科教融合理念认识不足、科研型教师教学能力欠缺、科研成果转化和激励机制不完善等.基于此,文章探讨了科研与教学的历史关系,提出了强化科教融合理念、加强课程建设以及完善成果转换和考核机制等具体建议.本研究对教学与科研的融合、资源配置的提高以及科教融合的实施具有重要的参考意义.
Science and education integration(S&EI)is an essential feature of talent cultivation,scientific-technological innovation and research university construction.However,after investigation and comprehensive analysis,many challenges exist in its implementation such as insufficient understanding about the concept of S&EI,inadequate teaching ability of research teachers,and imperfect transformation and incentive mechanism of research results.Thus,this paper explores the historical evolution of S&EI,puts forward specific suggestions to strengthen the concept of S&EI,enhance the curriculum construction,and improve achievements conversion and assessment mechanism.This study offers important reference for strengthening the connection between S&EI,improving the allocation of S&E resources,and comprehensively understanding and implementing the S&EI.
