The Construction and Practice of Life Mentor System Based on the E-class Micro Community
Since its promotion,e-class has gradually taken on the mission of carrying out online ideological and political education in universities.However,in the construction process,it faces many problems and challenges due to its use of administrative power to promote,and its attractiveness and stickiness are not enough.It is necessary for us to reflect on the problems and challenges in the construction of new classes,and find new paths that contribute to the healthy development of new classes.At present,the mentorship system has been widely implemented in universities,serving as a beneficial attempt for modem universities to cultivate well-rounded talents.It has played a positive role in the growth and development of students,but there are also many problems.The article explores the construction of a life mentorship system from the perspective of the e-class micro community,aiming to provide new methods and ideas for improving the development of e-class and carrying out mentorship work.
