摘要
核安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,但是目前院校核安全能力建设尚不完善.文章阐述了核安全的重大意义,分析了核安全现状及院校核安全能力建设中存在的问题,并针对实际问题提出了建设智能化管理平台、完善院校核安全体系建设、强化专业培训和演练、加强核安全宣传等具体措施,以增强院校核安全能力建设,贯彻落实总体国家安全观.
Abstract
Nuclear safety is an important part of national safety,but the capacity building of nuclear safety in colleges is needed to improve at present.The significance of nuclear safety is expounded.In addition,the current situation of nuclear safety and the problems existing in nuclear safety capacity building in colleges are analyzed.Building the intelligent management platform,improving the college nuclear safety system,reinforcing professional training and exercises and strengthening nuclear safety publicity are proposed based on existing problems.These specific measures can strengthen nuclear safety capacity building in colleges,and implement the overall national security concept.
