摘要

专业评价指标的科学性直接影响评价结论的准确性和可信度.文章将成果导向理念引入专业评价指标构建过程,分析了基于成果导向的专业评价内涵,提出了专业评价指标构建的原则,并从专业定位与培养目标、课程与教学、教学力量、教学条件、质量管理、培养效果等六方面详细阐述了专业评价的核心指标,以实现过程性评价与结果性评价的有机结合.

Abstract

The scientificity of professional evaluation index directly affects the accuracy and credibility of evaluation conclusion.This paper introduces the outcome based education into construction process of professional evaluation indexes,analyzes the connotation of professional evaluation,puts forward the principles of the construction of the professional evaluation indexes,and elaborates the core indexes of professional evaluation from six aspects,including professional positioning and training objectives,curriculum and teaching,teaching strength,teaching conditions,quality management and training effects,so as to realize the organic combination of process evaluation and result evaluation.
