文章旨在探讨高职院校在提质培优背景下,如何更好地服务社区教育发展.首先,优化专业设置,对接社区教育需求,可以使高职院校的教育更加符合社区的实际需求.其次,加强师资队伍建设,提升服务能力,可以使高职院校的教师更加具备服务社区教育的能力.再次,创新人才培养模式,适应社区教育发展,可以使高职院校的学生更加适应社区教育的发展.最后,完善质量监控体系,保障服务质量,可以使高职院校的社区教育服务质量得到有效保障,从而促使高职院校在社区教育发展中发挥出自身的优势.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore how to better serve the development of community education in higher vocational colleges under the background of quality improvement.First of all,optimizing the professional setting and connecting with the educational needs of the community can make the education of higher vocational colleges more in line with the actual needs of the community.Secondly,strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the service ability can make teachers in higher vocational colleges more capable of serving community education.Thirdly,innovating the mode of personnel training and adapting to the development of community education can make the students of higher vocational colleges more adaptable to the development of community education.Finally,improving the quality control system and ensuring the service quality can effectively guarantee the service quality of community education in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote higher vocational colleges to play their own advantages in the development of community education.
