Research on the Integration of 1+X Certificate System and Open University Talent Training Program——Take the preschool education major of Fujian Open University as an example
Talent training program is a programmatic document for talent training,and it is the overall design of talent training objectives,basic specifications,training process and methods.The vocational skill level certificate reflects the vocational skill level of workers in the work process.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of talent training program and 1+X certificate system,and puts forward the optimization idea of talent training program based on 1+X certificate system,which connects and integrates with each other in professional teaching standards,curriculum settings,organization and implementation,assessment and evaluation,teaching staff,etc.,so as to improve the quality of talent training and serve the local economy.
